Chris Anastasopoulos

Head CrossFit Coach, Chris Anastasopoulos, comes from a sprinting background and training at a very high level – because of the love of sport, Chris became a personal trainer.

Training big groups of people at a bootcamp, his love and skill for CrossFit has grown over the last 5 years competing in the team event at the 2013, 2014 & 2015 Crossfit Regionals.

He has a great passion for the sport and loves teaching the skills of CrossFit to people hungry for knowledge.

Paul Mcharg

Paul is a very passionate CrossFit athlete, he loves training hard and is very dedicated.

He has a large knowledge of nutrition as you will see in his build. Paul’s love for teaching, motivating and pushing the clients to the limits has made him very popular amongst the athletes at our CrossFit Box as he has a knack to get the guys fired up.

Make sure you get to meet this humble, gentle giant. Paul loves a challenge so challenge him one day to a CrossFit WOD!

Ryan Lea Crossfit Coach

Ryan Lea

CrossFit Coach Ryan Lea is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer with a martial arts background. He has competed at a Regional Level for CrossFit and has an awesome energy and enthusiasm.

Ryan loves weightlifting and gymnastics and has a large skill set when it comes to these disciplines. He is passionate about coaching and loves taking our highly interactive boxing classes.
